Questions
Do my staff pay anything?
No. Staff and managers use the free app on their phones. You pay for the account on this website.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account drops to Free: rostering, clock-ons and hours keep working, and geofences, clock rules and attendance reports pause. Your data stays, and subscribing turns them back on.
How is the per-employee charge worked out?
It's the number of employees on your roster, not managers. It updates daily, and the change is prorated on your next invoice.
Who counts for the Field & Jobs charge?
Only the people you mark as field staff. Everyone else is billed as normal, and the add-on count updates daily, prorated on your next invoice.
Does it work with Xero and MYOB?
Today it exports hours as a CSV your payroll software or accountant can use. Direct connections to Xero and MYOB are planned.
Does it work out pay, penalty rates or leave balances?
Not yet. It records the hours accurately and leaves the pay calculation to your payroll software.
How accurate is the location check?
It uses the phone's GPS and allows for the accuracy the phone reports. GPS can drift indoors and can be faked, so treat it as a strong check rather than proof.
